I have experimented with many things to remove wrinkles and redness, in Australia and Japan – no joy.
I couldn’t understand why I was getting premature wrinkles around my eyes, but now I’m pretty much 100% certain of what was going on – I’ll get to that shortly.
Every now and then I would spend money on a new wonder cream, and kid myself along for a while that it was working, and then think naaaah, “It’s not doing a darn thing, even though it does smell really good.” Then I’d lose interest for a while.
What was going on
In 2014, my father showed me a video of a very confident Dr. Wallach being interviewed about nutrition and health.
What got my attention was his comments about how selenium – a powerful antioxidizing mineral – could reduce your risk of cancer down to less than 5%. What had gotten my father’s attention was the promise of getting out of a knee replacement operation (he never did have that operation: he’s 86, and he’s still walking and mowing the lawns).
Mainly what Dr. Wallach was talking about was his nutritional supplement program put out by Youngevity which I decided to start using after reading his book Dead Doctors Don’t Lie (1999).
It was from the book I learned that sweating was very bad for you if you didn’t replace the minerals you were sweating out.
That was my problem. Heavy exercise had always been an integral part of my lifestyle, and that was what was causing premature wrinkles. I didn’t give it too much thought at the time of reading, but after 6 months I suddenly realized that the supplements were effective against wrinkles.
Hi I’m Garry
Naturally, remove wrinkles and redness
The wrinkles and redness will gradually be removed without you noticing. Then one day, a few months down the track, you’re gonna say wow!
- Have you had a hard life and it’s beginning to show on your face?
- Have you been out in the sun too long and starting to look like a crocodile-skin handbag?
- Have you been drinking too much and red-in-the-face is your facial default?
- Is your nickname Mr or Mrs Smoketoomuch?
Well don’t worry, I’ve been there and done that, but I made it all go backward.
At present Australian TV is saturated with this unsightly ad and infomercial. One of the many irritating things on TV these days… they go on and on and on.
But think for a second. What is this cream actually doing? How come it’s so fast.
I found something similar in Tokyo (I worked there for 8 years). It stung like heck, made my skin all tight for a while, and was most uncomfortable. When I washed it off, or my sweat washed it away (it gets very humid in Tokyo), then the wrinkles came back.
Yes, I must confess I’ve tried them too. When I had more money than sense, but I could never notice a difference.
The FDA has approved some antiwrinkle creams, but one wonders whether there’s some back-scratching occurring. It didn’t take long to find the following;
U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) drug review bears a structural similarity to many decisions made by other regulatory agencies: high uncertainty, low reversibility, avoidance of observable error, and high political stakes that induce lobbying by interested parties. This paper explores the policy lessons to be learned from viewing FDA drug review as a politically shaped exercise in information processing. I argue that the incentives facing regulators induce limits on the degree to which drug review can be accelerated, that the same incentives could render privatization initiatives problematic, and that political pressures could play a useful role in identifying priority drugs.

The crucial consideration with these expensive creams is just how many of the ingredients have molecules small enough to penetrate the epidermal layer – does your skin let them in?
Antiwrinkle Creams with vitamins
This sounds good, but the vitamins have to wait for one or more minerals to actually do anything.
All chemical reactions pertaining to life in the body need a mineral to start them off, and a mineral to finish. This was proven beyond doubt by the end of 1977 after ten years of clinical research (Wallach, 1999).
I once used vitamin E cream but didn’t notice any benefit. It’s not that I’m vain, it’s just that I heard about the possible benefits of vitamin E on the skin around the eyes, on London television. I decided to experiment. There was a hint of a placebo, I think.
Since the 1950s clinical veterinarians have known that the main component required to manufacture the elastic fibers in the skin is copper. Not only the skin but arteries and veins as well.
Anyone who has been to a beautician for a facial (me included) will have been told that facial redness in the cheek area is due to broken capillaries. The cream they sold me actually worked, but I lived in the outback in those days and so it was only a short term thing.
Copper for elasticity
Not only will copper supplements remove your wrinkles, but it will also repair your broken capillaries and remove redness, it will make spidery veins go away, it will stop varicose veins, and prevent aneurysm. These are all copper deficiency problems.
From time to time you may hear about someone dying suddenly. One minute they were alive, and the next they were dead. It was most likely due to an aneurysm or burst blood vessel in a critical place.
Copper reverses graying hair
Another thing I wasn’t expecting was for my hair color to come back. It was white, now people see me as a strawberry blond. I used to have red hair.
Still not impressed?
Take a look at this! The fruits of 10 years of research and more than 20,000 autopsies.
When farmers notice gray hair in an animal, they immediately put extra copper in the animal’s feed, because they are worried about a possible aneurysm.

The thing that I most remembered was how selenium prevented cancer. Being a smoker, I was most eager to get started with supplementing.
Dr. Wallach is the founder of Youngevity and the basic Yougevity pack, Healthy Body Start Pak is what I ordered. I began,
- sleeping better
- exercising and losing weight
- and after a few months noticed my hair color coming back and wrinkles reducing
I’d read Dr. Wallach’s book by that stage so I knew what was happening but it was still a surprise.
