Stopping gray hair is not just an act of vanity, it’s an act of self-preservation, as you will soon find out. There are three things you can do that are effective enough that you will notice a difference if grey hair is already showing. Nothing difficult required, only diligence and awareness.
My personal experience
Gray hair is a call for action
Remember Albert Einstein?
Do you know what killed him?
It was the same thing that kills much younger people on a regular basis.
People who sweat a lot are especially at risk:
- Brickies’ laborers
- Deep underground miners
- Athletes
- People who regularly take saunas
- Work out freaks
- Iron pumpers
- Boxers
With the exception of a boxer, I was all of the above, but the saunas I started taking every day were “the straws that broke the camel’s back” so to speak. My hair went from deep red to white in the space of two years.
I jogged every day and began having trouble with my knees and ankles, so I joined a health club that had an indoor pool – quite usual in Tokyo.
I started swimming every day, sometimes twice, and after every session, I would spend at least 20 minutes going from sauna to jacuzzi and back again. On occasion, I could clock up 70 minutes sauna time, like when trying to sweat out a hangover.
Losing Valuable Minerals

When you sweat you’re not just getting rid of the nasties, you’re also losing valuable minerals. Notice how salty your skin is after the sweat dries? That’s not just NaCl (table salt). Magnesium chloride, calcium chloride, copper chloride…
Minerals are the stuff you’re made of. No chemical reaction in the body will work without a mineral, vitamins no exceptions.
Einstein died from an aneurysm.
The mineral deficiency that causes gray hair, wrinkles, and aneurysms, is a copper deficiency.
When farmers see an animal with gray hair or fur they immediately put more copper in the animals feed.
This awareness came about in the 1950s, after several turkey breeders lost a year’s worth of stock to aortic aneurysms, after a change in the breeding program (Wallach 1999). Copper is what gives skin its elasticity, especially important in blood vessels.
Stomach Acid – Mineral Extractor
Your stomach acid is your mineral extractor.
No stomach acid? No minerals for you… NEXT!
Weak stomach acid is not extracting the minerals from the food you eat, it otherwise could have if it were stronger.
Things that weaken stomach acid
Your stomach acid gets weaker with age. Consuming the following will quicken the aging process.
- Carbonated drinks
- Beer
- Soft drinks
- Berocca
- Champaign
- Sparling mineral water
- Hear that burp? That’s the sound of your stomach acid taking one in the guts.
- Pain killers
- Guess what? People suffering from arthritis make their condition worse with pain killers. They need calcium etc. – and it can be cured. (But where’s the money in that, certainly not in their pocket) (Wallach, 1999)
- Antacid medication
- Now, why would you want to take that stuff?
- Stop watching TV!
- Now, why would you want to take that stuff?
- Caffeine
- Well at least cut back to 6 cups a day! LOL

Boost Stomach Acid

First of all, if you’re on a salt-restricted diet stop right now; you run the risk of heatstroke in summer. In fact, salt regulates every organ in your body. Many people die these days because they were following doctors’ orders.
A lack of salt helps weaken your stomach acid and makes you vulnerable to cramps, especially dangerous when swimming.
Also salt can never make you fat because it contains no carbon.
You’ll soon know if you’ve had too much salt, you’ll either vomit ar get a sudden case of diarrhea.
Don’t listen to the bad press that salt gets. Anti salt speech is like racism for doctors.
There is an inexpensive acid booster you can take, it’s called Betain HCl (opposite).
Conclusion
Copper supplements will stop and in some cases reverse graying hair to some degree. Copper supplements will also keep you safe from aneurysms and clear away wrinkles.
Generally speaking, there are three steps I am recommending here.
3 Steps
- Replace the minerals you sweat out and boost your overall mineral intake with colloidal mineral supplements
- Avoid things that weaken stomach acid
- Boost your stomach acid with salt (not too much), and Betaine HCl
Afterword
A copper deficiency is not the only thing you need to worry about. There are 60 minerals that your immune system needs to stop 415 relatively common diseases (Wallach 1999). Our crop soils are all but depleted of minerals, which means that everything we eat has poor mineral content. Even nitrogen has to be in the ground before it can get into the plant.

Plants make vitamins from carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is the only thing that plants absorb from the air.

What you need are supplements of 60 plant-derived colloidal minerals (98% absorbable). Most popular brands on the market these days are not of this kind and afford minimal benefit.
