Two events will coincide this week. The state of Texas is suing other states over election improprieties, and there will be a “Jericho March” in Washington this Saturday. Both may be instrumental in determining the result in the presidential election; both could be “outcome determinative”.

The state of Texas

The state of Texas is suing the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin in the US supreme court. This is attracting serious attention because all of these actions are potentially outcome-determinative, meaning if successful, it would change the outcome of the presidential election.

As it stands, all of these states, seemed determined to declare, or have already declared a Biden victory in this year’s (2020) US presidential election.

Even more dramatic

In the last 48 hours, according to Lance Wallnau – an aid in the Trump administration, 7 other states have joined the lawsuit.

The contention

The contention is that in all of these states Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, election officials have run elections at variance with their own statutory rules. In Pennsylvania in particular, the Secretay of State, Kathy Boockvar, had declared to the Supreme Court of the United States that challenged ballots would be segregated (not counted) but failed to comply.

Furthermore, the state of Texas has the jurisdiction to file against these states under article 3 of the US constitution.

Outcome-Determinative Test: Definition

The test by which a federal court determines whether a state law must be followed if the outcome would be identical utilizing federal rules.

Equal protection under the law

Texas is contending that the above states violated equal protection of the law in the way they conducted their elections; that they had diluted the votes of the people of Texas.

Finally, it seems, that a body with significant clout apart from Trump’s legal team, is standing up to a conspiracy of rogue elements that have allegedly rigged the presidential elections in swing states.

Pennsylvania State Secretay’s website

One can’t help but feel a keen sense of irony when reading the statement of intent on the Pennsylvania State Secretay’s website:

The mission of the Department [Pennsylvania Department of State – Secretary of the Commonwealth] is to promote the integrity of the electoral process, to support economic development through corporate filings and transactions, and to protect the health and safety of the public through professional licensure. The department upholds the highest standards of ethics and competence in the areas of elections, campaign finance, notarization, professional and occupational licensure, charitable solicitation, and professional boxing, wrestling [,] and mixed martial arts.

Unlike other election lawsuits that have gone the District Court, Court of Appeals, Supreme Court route, Texas has gone directly to the Supreme court, and they have laid out very clearly all the legal issues that need to be addressed, according to a spokesperson on a Jay Sekulow YouTube post I saw late last night.

In the case of Bush vs Gore, argument had finished by the 12th and a decision was made on the 13th “or maybe a day off”. Texas has the jurisdiction to go straight to the Supreme Court, and if the matter is finally put before Congress, “then Trump would definitely have the advantage“.

This is the one

Many commentators agree right now that this single case is absolutely determinative.

There will be a “Jericho March” this Saturday

Equally interesting is the fact that quite separately from all of the above, a “Jericho March” has been planned by prophetic Christians, who experienced visions from Jesus, for this Saturday, in Washington, at noon.

“The Jericho March” next Saturday

The Bible story of Joshua and the battle of Jericho

God told Joshua to march around the walled city of Jericho once every day for seven days, and at the end of each march, to have the Levi priests blow their horns and the marchers let out a great shout.

Talking was forbidden during the march. Probably to stop those marching saying things like “This is crazy”. God didn’t want any negativity. The father of John the Baptist was struck dumb for a time for the exact same reason.

Twentieth-century archeologists later found the ruins of Jerico. What was unusual was that although there is much evidence of fire within the city walls, including burnt containers full of burnt grain, there is none of this amongst the wall debris – which rules out an earthquake or similar.

In fact, the way the walls came down would have provided the Israelite invaders with convenient access ramps. The biblical account is further corroborated by the discovery of part of the northern wall still intact; arguably Rahab’s house, which according to the Bible had been part of the wall.

My Own Jericho March”

Christians doing “Jericho Marches” is not a new idea. I first heard stories about them in the mid-90s.

Then later during my studies at Christian Heritage College, I applied for and was accepted to go on a waiting list of students needing accommodation. The uncertainty lay in whether or not the college administrators could find extra houses to rent close by.

Being aware of this I decided to ride my bicycle around an area very close to the college. I rode around it seven times praying in tongues. The college wound up with four additional houses in that area, but all of them were allocated to girls. Still; I was pleased and amazed at the results.

I became the house leader of a place much further away.

Next Saturday in Washington, I expect will have very interesting repercussions.

The  story of Joshua and the siege of Jericho according to the King James Version of the Word of God

Joshua 6 King James Version (KJV)

6 Now Jericho was straitly shut up because of the children of Israel: none went out, and none came in.

2 And the Lord said unto Joshua, See, I have given into thine hand Jericho, and the king thereof, and the mighty men of valour.

3 And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days.

4 And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams’ horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets.

A Mighty Shout

5 And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.

6 And Joshua the son of Nun called the priests, and said unto them, Take up the ark of the covenant, and let seven priests bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark of the Lord.

7 And he said unto the people, Pass on, and compass the city, and let him that is armed pass on before the ark of the Lord.

8 And it came to pass, when Joshua had spoken unto the people, that the seven priests bearing the seven trumpets of rams’ horns passed on before the Lord, and blew with the trumpets: and the ark of the covenant of the Lord followed them.

9 And the armed men went before the priests that blew with the trumpets, and the rereward came after the ark, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets.

Commanded to remain silent

10 And Joshua had commanded the people, saying, Ye shall not shout, nor make any noise with your voice, neither shall any word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I bid you shout; then shall ye shout.

11 So the ark of the Lord compassed the city, going about it once: and they came into the camp, and lodged in the camp.

12 And Joshua rose early in the morning, and the priests took up the ark of the Lord.

13 And seven priests bearing seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark of the Lord went on continually, and blew with the trumpets: and the armed men went before them; but the rereward came after the ark of the Lord, the priests going on, and blowing with the trumpets.

14 And the second day they compassed the city once, and returned into the camp: so they did six days.

15 And it came to pass on the seventh day, that they rose early about the dawning of the day, and compassed the city after the same manner seven times: only on that day they compassed the city seven times.

The seventh day

16 And it came to pass at the seventh time, when the priests blew with the trumpets, Joshua said unto the people, Shout; for the Lord hath given you the city.

17 And the city shall be accursed, even it, and all that are therein, to the Lord: only Rahab the harlot shall live, she and all that are with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.

18 And ye, in any wise keep yourselves from the accursed thing, lest ye make yourselves accursed, when ye take of the accursed thing, and make the camp of Israel a curse, and trouble it.

19 But all the silver, and gold, and vessels of brass and iron, are consecrated unto the Lord: they shall come into the treasury of the Lord.

The walls fall

20 So the people shouted when the priests blew with the trumpets: and it came to pass, when the people heard the sound of the trumpet, and the people shouted with a great shout, that the wall fell down flat, so that the people went up into the city, every man straight before him, and they took the city.

21 And they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass, with the edge of the sword.

Go to the harlot Rehab

22 But Joshua had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the harlot’s house, and bring out thence the woman, and all that she hath, as ye sware unto her.

23 And the young men that were spies went in, and brought out Rahab, and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her kindred, and left them without the camp of Israel.

24 And they burnt the city with fire, and all that was therein: only the silver, and the gold, and the vessels of brass and of iron, they put into the treasury of the house of the Lord.

25 And Joshua saved Rahab the harlot alive, and her father’s household, and all that she had; and she dwelleth in Israel even unto this day; because she hid the messengers, which Joshua sent to spy out Jericho.

26 And Joshua adjured them at that time, saying, Cursed be the man before the Lord, that riseth up and buildeth this city Jericho: he shall lay the foundation thereof in his firstborn, and in his youngest son shall he set up the gates of it.

27 So the Lord was with Joshua; and his fame was noised throughout all the country.

Conclusion

What the Trump legal team, and Sydney Powell independently, are hoping to achieve may not get done on time, meaning rogue Democratic actors may actually get away with something very bad.

In hindsight, Donald Trump was somewhat naive when he solely focused on winning the election by campaigning with all his might.  On the other hand, what more could he have done. God, however, may well have had his back the whole time.

There is absolutely no way I can see even the faintest possibility that God would in any way favor the Biden/Harris camp.
